You can’t resist this flirty, feminine bag. The ruffled front is created using 2 1/2" coordinating fabric strips such as Bali Pops or Jelly Rolls. You can also use your favorite coordinating fabrics and cut your own strips. A large pocket on the back is the perfect place to store your cell phone and more! The interior features a zippered divider pocket as well as a side pocket. Use either handmade fabric handles with rings or pre-made handles with rings. Approximate measurements are 11" high x 13" wide, excluding handles.
