Flouncy Tops & Pants

An eclectic group of easy wear tops and elastic waist pants. Tops have a modified square neck to finish with contrast binding or with facing and topstitching detail. Sleeveless top has a back loop and button closure, optional pockets and lower flounce. The pullover three-quarter sleeve top has empire seaming with deep flounce. Pant options include a cropped style with below the knee wide ruffle and binding trimmed side pocket on one leg. An ankle length pant with exaggerated ruffle descending from above the knee is included as well. Sizes 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10.
